The ACS Unit provides emergency assistance, U.S. passport and citizenship services and assistance with federal benefit inquiries such as U.S. Social Security and Veterans Affairs.

We do not answer inquiries regarding visas to the United States, including Immigrant Visas (Green Cards). Please contact the Visa Unit for assistance with visa inquiries. Visa inquiries directed to the ACS Unit will not be responded to.
