Join us for a virtual discussion on how start-up businesses in Australia and the United States can learn from each other, and how Aussie entrepreneurs can access U.S. venture capital opportunities to grow and develop.
This edition of our Diplomacy Delivered virtual discussion series will feature Jenny Abramson, founder and managing partner of Rethink Impact. Rethink Impact is the largest impact venture capital firm focused on inclusion that invests in female leaders using technology to help solve the world’s biggest problems.
We’ll cover topics including:
- What are the top three things Australian entrepreneurs can do to successfully go global?
- How are American small businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs being affected by COVID-19 and how are they adapting?
- What lessons can Australian start-ups learn from U.S. entrepreneurs?
- What are the top ways that start-ups can build momentum and continue to grow after COVID-19?
The discussion will be followed by a live Q&A session, and audience questions are most welcome – please submit them in advance to AskEmbassyCanberra@state.gov, or in the Q&A window during the session.
